The hotel had an amazing location right in front of the airport bus stop and within walking distance to the castle. Our 2 young kids loved the nearby market where we could grab snacks and goodies. The staff were friendly and made checking in a breeze.

The room had a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. I loved the beautiful view of Matsuyama Castle from my window. It was super convenient with streetcar stops right outside, and tons of shopping and dining nearby. Easy access to the beer restaurant downstairs was a plus too.

The location was fantastic, just steps away from the major shopping area and within walking distance to the castle. The friendly staff made check-in smooth, and I appreciated the efforts to be eco-friendly with reusable cups. Unfortunately, drive-in access was a bit stressful due to the central location, and some street noise could be heard at night. The Sicilian cunzato bread served was a delightful treat that added to the stay.
